Postage any where in Australia is $ 10 per order & $22 per Saddles.  We use Australia Post .

International Customers

We are happy to send orders to you. Postage is charged after the order is placed . If you would like a quote

 before ordering please email us at sales@horseswarehouse.com.au .Or you can visit http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp for shipping costs.

International Orders

 To view international prices click on the international prices button on the page. All prices on our site are in

Australian Dollars .You will be charged in Australian dollars and your credit card provider will convert it for you

and show  the conversion .

Express will take 3 - 10 working days

Returns

Any returns must be notified within 48 hrs of receiving. All returns need a  return authorisation number issued by us. This number must be put in with the item .Include a copy of the invoice ,all tags and packaging .We are happy to exchange sizes of unused items & clean but all postage costs both directions is paid by you.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item ,it will be replaced . Should we received it back with no faults ,

it will be returned and you will be charged postage.

Horse Rugs

We suggest you put a clean sheet underneath when trying new rugs. We will not except rugs returned with dirt,

stains grass, stable bedding or hair. This is for hygene and so they can be resold.

Charging & pricing

Items will not be charged until they are ready to leave. If we are unable to supply an item it will be placed on backorder .

When it comes available it will be sent to you freight free ( except international customers) . If you don't want your item put on back order, just notify us and we will happily cancel it.

Delivery Times

Most orders are despatched same day or next day upon receiving payment . Delivery time will depend on your location from Sydney. If you are in Sydney metro it is  usually next day but otherwise  allow 2 - 14days with Australia Post.

Express post is an optional extra .
